James Lane & Scott Wombey

James Lane has an Honours Degree of Communications in Media/Multimedia production. During the course of this degree he also completed Film Studies at the Australian National University. James’ technical expertise is in postproduction and has worked for some of Canberra’s top production houses. This background developed both his stylistic skills and knowledge of production workflows. With Scott Wombey, he is founding member of Associative Producers, once a network of filmmakers and freelancers, now an up-and-coming production house in the ACT.

Scott Wombey began his career editing commercials for Prime television and then moved on to filming and editing a number of feature-length documentaries including Emily in Japan (ABC TV, 2007) which took him to remote communities in Central Australia and abroad to Japan. Most recently, his experience has ranged from high-end television commercials, corporate and government communications to live broadcast events during his time at Screencraft Media.
